We live in a digital age where technology is increasingly present in children’s lives. While our children are already digital natives, as parents, we are digital migrants. This is why we’re bringing you this incredible world of knowledge and putting the tools to enhance your children’s intellectual development in your hands.
“A tool for parents, a toy for children”
Boxies uses augmented reality in the physical world to complement the digital world. With BOXART you’ll have a set of stackable boxes for making endless towers and structures with your little ones as well as cards with animals, plants and everyday objects that reinforce their vocabulary in addition to promoting the use of their fine motor skills, as your children will be prompted to place each card in the boxes.
They’ll interact with the physical and visual object that is simultaneously complemented with an electronic device.
All the material is designed by Tiburcio Soteno, an acclaimed Mexican artist who is known for pieces like “The Tree of Life” and whose illustrations bring children closer to Mexican culture, as the animals, fruits and objects are all from our country. Your little ones will not only enjoy the toy, but they’ll also learn to recognize the cultural value of art.
